This monograph explains a program logic framework to assess rural telecentres in Malaysia. Program logic framework is a logical framework and a tool used most often by evaluators of programs to evaluate the effectiveness of a program. It is a logical relationship between inputs, outputs and outcomes of a program. The strength of progam logic in planning, implementation and evaluation is how the inputs, outputs and outcomes fir together, connect and relate in order to achieve desired end results.
