內容簡介

This book comprises three major parts. Part 1 contains the concept of QOL and its philosophies. Part 2 focuses on the evolution of marketing philosophies which led to the evolution of QOL-marketing concept. In addition this part also illustrates the application of QOL-marketing in quality of work life (QWL). The unique characteristic of this book is that discussion in the chapters outlined in Part 1 and Part 2 are reinforced by the accompanied case study which is presented in Part 3 of this book. The case study enables readers to effectively conceptualize the materials on the measurement of QOL and the analysis of data using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and also enable reader to gain more understanding on the hypothesis-testing approach to the analysis of a structural theory bearing on certain phenomena.
