《大奧》於2010年秋天改編成由嵐的二宮和也、柴崎幸主演的電影版。2012年《大奧 ～誕生【有功．家光篇】》改編電視劇、續作電影《大奧 永遠》則由堺雅人主演。
《昨日的美食》於2019年4月改編電視劇，由西島秀俊、內野聖陽領銜主演，電影版預計於2021年上映！
