宋传奇小说，入刘斧《青琐高议》前集卷七，原注“别传叙飞燕本末”。亦见陶宗仪《说郛》卷三十二。故事据《汉书》所记赵飞燕与其妹昭仪受成帝专宠及杀皇子事渲染而成。赵后为固己地位，望子心切，暗中勾引年少子弟，不慎为帝觉；又诈托有孕，遣宫使王盛偷带民间婴儿入宫，未遂。时宫女朱氏生一儿，昭仪便怒不可遏，命宫吏祭规将婴儿摔死于柱下。此后凡宫人孕子者尽遭杀戮。成帝因荒淫过度而死。太后追问皇帝病因，昭仪畏罪自杀。
