秦慶鈞: 1903～1993財經專家教授，廣州市人。原籍廣州黃埔南崗鄉，1903年5月出生在增城縣城。性好讀書鑽研，幼時受過4年鄉塾教育，因家貧輟學，需傭工自立。但從未放過一切可以讀書的機會，畢生堅持在知識的海洋裏徘徊漫遊，不知疲倦，在自學成才的崎嶇道路上，進行艱難的跋涉。終於憑著刻苦自學，努力奮鬥，從一名藥店學徒，成長為一個學識淵博的財經專家，教授。
秦慶鈞1936年出任廣東省營工業管理處會計主任。
