《玄奘三藏譯撰全輯》收錄奘師所翻經論，以下稱《玄奘三藏譯撰全輯》為《全輯》，總共七十五部，一千三百三十五卷，翻譯內容若按《大正藏》分類，則遍及〈阿含部〉、〈般若部〉、〈華嚴部〉、〈寶積部〉、〈涅槃部〉、〈大集部〉、〈經集部〉、〈密教部〉、〈律部〉、〈釋經論部〉、〈毘曇部〉、〈中觀部〉、〈瑜伽部〉、〈論集部〉、〈史傳部〉、〈外教部〉共十六部，以〈經集部〉、〈毘曇部〉、〈瑜伽部〉所翻經論最甚，本《全輯》並一一針對經論文句做整理疏文斷句，高達一千餘萬字，兩萬餘頁，每部經論並加入《大正藏》出處。

《全輯》依台灣 光中法師《唐玄奘三藏傳史彙編》內之〈大唐奘公譯經目錄〉經論先後次序排列編號，如《緣起經》，即001.《緣起經》，如下表所示，學人可依次序一一閱讀學習，以進行對於奘師所翻經論有一個系統性的學習。
