蔡怡

出生於臺灣屏東縣東港鎮大鵬村，臺大中文系學士，美國印第安那州Butler University教育碩士，密西根州Wayne State University教育博士。曾在美國工作生活了十六年，回臺灣後，在階梯數位與芝麻街總管理處任職副總及教務長十五年，從事英語教學師資培訓及教材編寫、出版等工作。現任臺北市婦女閱讀寫作協會副理事長，是聯合報繽紛版與人間福報專欄作者。曾獲第三十四屆聯合報文學獎散文組大獎，第六屆懷恩文學獎社會組首獎，第五屆懷恩文學獎兩代組首獎與第三屆福報文學獎。

作品曾入選九歌《99年散文選》、印刻《流離記憶》、《遇合》、《混搭》、幼獅《從傾城到黃昏》、《晟景文摘》、《講義》雜誌、《幼獅文藝》、山東聊城《水城文藝》等。
已出版《繽紛歲月》一書。
