"郭美霞，1998年畢業於香港城市大學應用社會科學系社會科學榮譽學士(社會工作)課程。自1998年5月開始於福音戒毒機構工作，其後，任職過女童院舍服務之社工,並於香港戒毒會擔任輔導一職。
除擔任社工職責之外，亦曾帶領廣州中山大學社會工作系本科生作實習督導，把香港的社會工作經驗和知識傳授予中國內地的社工學生。
也分別擔任香港浸會大學(社會工作碩士課程)及香港專業進修學院(副學士課程)之社工實習督導。期間曾任香港專業進修學院兼職講師。
有志為培育社會工作下一代出一分綿力。"
