刘润清（1939.10-），现任北京外国语大学语言研究所所长、教授、博士生导师，兼任全国自学考试英语专业委员会秘书长、北京应用语言学会副会长、全国语言文字标准化技术委员会境内外语应用分委会主任。主要专著有《语言测试和它的方法》、《西方语言学流派》、《论大学英语教学》、《外语教学中的科研方法》等。
