1943年，茶农潘老汉和潘春苗父女将一船六堡茶从茶船古道运到梧州城来，岂料在潘春苗与她的未婚夫游击队长刘龙平会面时被汉奸张九成出卖，随后潘老汉和刘龙平的父亲茶商刘福源遭日本鬼子俘虏。为了把潘老汉救出来，游击队袭击鬼子举行的斗茶会，但由于寡不敌众，潘老汉壮烈牺牲。不久之后，又由于游击队副队长杨来发投降敌人，为了掩护队员们安全撤退，刘龙平被俘。为此，潘春苗和游击队员吴碧莲一次又一次神出鬼没地与敌人周旋，上演了一幕又一幕令敌人胆战心惊的游击战争。
胡武权是中国当代作家，鲁迅文学院学员，广西梧州市龙圩古凤人。曾用名风连雨、荔叶、胡作等，偏向于寓言、儿童小说和现实主义题材小说创作。
他著有十一部长篇小说，一部寓言集，一部中短篇小说集。其中，长篇小说《疯人传》获凤凰网首届原创文学大赛一等奖、梧州市第二届鸳鸯江文艺创作一等奖，被誉为 “独特气质” 的作品
