《备急千金要方》，成书于652年，唐代孙思邈著。全书30卷，计232门，载方5300首。全书涉及医德、预防、诊断、治疗及针灸等诸方面内容，首列医学总论，提倡医德；重视妇婴，强调妇、儿科的重要性，并论述妇儿疾患的特点；预防疾病强调饮食卫生，养生提倡适当劳动；治疗经验丰富，针灸方面重视针灸并用、针药并用。（本书与集团所属出版单位业务范围相一致）
张介宾出生于 1563 年，卒于 1640 年，本名介宾，字会卿，号景岳，别号通一子，绍兴府山阴县（今浙江省绍兴市）人。他出身军人世家，祖上以军功起家，世袭绍兴卫指挥使，家境富饶。幼年随父亲在京城居住，师从名医金英，尽得其传。张介宾青年时与豪门贵族往来，接受理学和道家思想，所学庞杂，兼通象数、星纬、堪舆、音律等。中年从军，随军辗转燕、冀、鲁等地，后因军功无所建树，回乡潜心医道，医术高超，被人奉为 “张（仲景）、李（东垣）再生”。
