《理瀹骈文》原名《外治医说》，成书于1864年，清代吴师机著。全书1册，不分卷次。分略言、续增略言、理瀹骈文、存济堂药局修合施送方并加药法四大部分。卷首载“略言”，总论外治之法；正文分别叙述伤寒、中风、痹证、痈疽疔肿、跌打损伤等多种病证的外治法；书末附外治常用膏药21方的配方与治法，并附“治心病”一文。
吴师机出身书香门第，道光十四年（1834 年）考中举人，后随父迁居扬州。他对儒学与医学都有很深造诣，后弃儒从医。咸丰三年（1853 年），太平天国战争时期，他避乱至俞垛并开业行医。同治四年（1865 年），返回扬州开设存济药局，以自制膏药赠送病家，救死扶伤，助益乡民。
