周靈芝
藝術家、研究者和作者。曾參與藝術家自營的另類藝術空間「新樂園藝術空間」的運作，並協助獨立策展人陳香君於2006年策劃之《燕子之城》展覽，之後又執行新樂園藝術空間與澳洲雪梨市藝術家團體「Stone Villa」的台、澳交流展。2007到2008年間，參與嘉義「北回歸線環境藝術行動」，在嘉義縣義竹鄉東後寮社區帶領小朋友以數位影像學習和參與社區公共事務，和駐村社區建立了良好的互動關係，並瞭解農村有機栽種狀況，開始關切生態、環境和社區的議題。2009年獲當代藝術基金會和國藝會補助，赴英國進行生態藝術在英國發展的調查研究。2010年受邀請赴日本橫濱市黃金町駐村，並與社區親子、兒童共同創作《拼布大壁畫》，參與黃金町Bazaar展覽及台、日、韓座談會。
2010-2011年以生態藝術工作站進駐台北寶藏巖國際藝術村，和社區合作公共藝術計畫「可食地景」，與社區居民、學生、駐村藝術家和藝術村志工共同打造了分布在寶藏巖各角落的生態農園，啟動寶藏巖社區居民與藝術村自力、共生的社會過程，並逐步落實有機堆肥、微型經濟與生態聚落的創造。美國策展人艾婕音在2011年七月出刊的英文雜誌Taiwan Review中有文章介紹。
2011年四月獲邀參與雲林縣口湖鄉成龍濕地第二屆國際環境藝術節，以重新肯定地方產業技術和愛護濕地環境資源的精神，與成龍國小師生及成龍社區居民、環境藝術節的志工共同完成生態地景作品《回歸大海》（可參考公共電視節目《我們的島》第612集）。
2011年九至十二月受帝門藝術教育基金會邀請，參與新北市公共藝術校園推廣計畫，在野柳國小進行駐校藝術課程。2011-2012年間再次回到嘉義，參與布袋濕地改善復育調查規劃。其後持續以個人身分參與在地活動。
長期以來的創作關切，是從藝術的角度逐漸擴及社會、文化和教育，以及環境、生態。曾出版《生態永續的藝術想像和實踐》一書。
