安達充

　　日本漫畫家，1951年2月9日生於日本群島縣伊勢崎市，上高一時，開始給雜志投稿，受到好評，高中畢業後來到東京，成爲石井勇巳的助手，而後發表了《消失的爆炸聲》（原作：北澤力），初露鋒芒。在其後的8年里，他先後爲别人創作腳本繪制了《小男孩》、《牙戰》、《初戀甲子園》、《愛哭的甲子園》等作品。1978年開始首次連載自己創作的《九個人》，緊接着長篇連載故事《陽光良好》、《美雪•美雪》和《TOUCH》（成名作）又登台亮相，並立即在少年讀者中引起轟動。其作品力求清新簡練，筆下的人物純真質樸，感情隨心而動，深受讀者喜愛。《美雪•美雪》和《TOUCH》還榮穫了1982年第28回小學館的漫畫獎。
