霹靂舞就是「Breaking」，它起源於美國街頭，屬於街舞的其中一種。舞者有很多動作都是要貼近地面來完成，例如：倒立、頭轉和手轉。

大鋼豆帶綠豆兵來找包子老師，綠豆兵誠懇的說：「請您收我為徒！」包子老師說：「只要小朋友有心想學舞，我都願意教，一起來認識霹靂舞的四大基礎動作」，包含：搖滾步、排腿、大地板動作、定點。

霹靂舞有些動作和體操很像，例如：鞍馬，但動作不像體操一樣能事先編排，參賽者得配合DJ隨機播放的音樂來跳舞，它是一門藝術也是一種運動。
