王學哲
1922年生於上海，原籍廣東中山。成都華西大學哲學系1944年畢業；上海東吳大學法學院1947年畢業；美京George Washington University 1950年法理學博士。旅美五十餘年，從事人壽保險業務。現任台北市財團法人雲五圖書館基金會、美國王雲五基金會董事長，臺灣商務印書館董事長。編譯有《現代漢英字典》、《英國人的生活與思想》、《王雲五對青年談求學與生活》。
