當我正慢慢地向著我人生的三十歲旅程邁進時，我意識到了自己內心的焦慮和不安。我以逃避的方式去面對一切，也漸漸地在我的人生道路裡迷失了方向。有時候，我清楚知道自己並不怎麼享受著自己的人生。然而，我卻放任自己，選擇迷失。後來，在仿佛停止的時間裡，我有了一段能夠和自己認認真真對話的時間，也因為在這個對話，我也開始將我過去的經歷，和對未來的想法，以文字的方式，一字一字地記錄在自己的《心裡的記事本》裡。

這一本書敘述著一個簡簡單單的人生，在一個無形中被定義的世界裡，開始想要真誠地活出自己，坦誠且不畏懼地去面對在追求自己人生精彩故事是說要面對的一切。沒有所謂的對與錯，沒有所謂的該與不該，只有自己想要的，還有自己願意去創造的。
