十卷或二十卷。唐‧嘉祥大師吉藏著。略稱《中論疏》。收在《大正藏》第四十二冊。係姚秦‧鳩摩羅什所譯《中論》（龍樹造，青目釋）四卷的註釋。作者吉藏為三論宗之集大成者。吉藏有關三論宗的重要見解，如緣生無性、「八不」正觀、四重二諦、破邪顯正等義理，在本書中皆有論列。因此，本書不只是吉藏對《中論》的疏釋而已，同時也是我國三論宗的重要著述。
