劉致福，1963年6月生於山東文登（今威海市文登區），中國作家協會會員，已出版小說集《大風》、散文集《冷峻與激情》《馬里蘭筆記》《井臺戲臺》等。作品散見於《人民文學》《小說選刊》《光明日報》《兒童文學》《少年文藝》《散文選刊》《山東文學》《時代文學》等報刊。曾獲山東省年度優秀散文獎、《山東文學》年度優秀小說獎等多種獎項，多篇散文作品入選中學語文讀本和高考、中考模擬試卷。
