台灣菜在不同時代，有著不同定義，從清朝中後期到日治時代的台灣菜，酒家菜最有資格稱之。其中大稻埕正是酒家菜的起源，本故事則以大稻埕葉晋發商號葉家阿嬤拿手的酒家菜出發，透過料理與祖孫間的情誼，展現大稻埕風華絕代的美好料理時光。
繪本作家。美國伊利諾州立大學行銷管理碩士畢業，為台北市定古蹟大稻埕葉晋發商號家族第五代，自2013於美國求學及工作回台後即協助家族產權整合、財團法人設立、文化資產都市更新保留，於2020年創立協會，致力於大稻埕迪化街北段的社區營造。結合高齡、兒童照顧; 文化內容展演新創孵化; 觀光旅遊歷史文化教育及商圈振興等產業，持續進行文化資產空間活化與產業媒合。
