余忠雄的春天
一九七○年代鍾鐵民已是知名作家，封筆數年後又復出文壇。過去筆下強烈的鄉土之愛，多半因著少年的激情與現實的探照，而後他開始注意到農村的未來──如在學年輕子弟的教育問題、整個農村命運的去向，這是對鄉土的關愛、對人性的關懷。鍾鐵民的文字由平和而犀利，在內涵層面卻因質樸純粹而更加廣闊了。
台灣高雄人，1941年生，為台灣文壇先驅鍾理和的長公子，師範大學畢業，著有「菸田」短篇小說集、長篇小說「雨後」，是60年代出現的以農村為背景的重要作家之一。
