吳梅，中國近代著名的文學理論家、教育家，一代詞學大師、曲學大師。江蘇長洲（今吳縣）人。字瞿安，號霜厓。先生終生執教，曾在北京大學、東南大學、中央大學、中山大學、光華大學、金陵大學任教授。主要著作有《顧曲麈談》《中國戲曲概論》《詞學通論》《曲學通論》《南北詞簡譜》。
