港式奶茶是香港的地道飲品，其製作方法變化多端，饒富香港特色。港式奶茶製作技藝於2 0 1 7 年獲列入首批香港非物質文化遺產代表作名錄。本書以港式奶茶為研究對象， 藉剪報、文獻、舊照，及親訪數十位奶茶師傅，勾勒港式奶茶的歷史圖像，並探討其製作技藝，包括材料、器具、沖泡方法及今昔演變，亦附手繪插圖呈現工序，述及傳承體系和背後所承載的文化意義。
