我国职业院校具备推进老年教育的师资优势、专业优势、规模优势、政
策优势、地域优势，是发展老年教育的重要载体和新生力量；职业院校服务
老年教育能丰富职业院校办学内涵，促进社会稳定和谐，助力老年教育城
乡统筹发展。 为此，我们申报重庆市教育科学规划 ２０２１ 年度重点课题“重
庆市老年教育城乡统筹发展策略研究” （课题批准号：２０２１⁃００⁃９８）。 按照
课题研究方案，课题组将“职业院校服务老年教育策略研究”作为课题研
究内容之一。 课题组在分析我国老年教育发展概述和重庆市老年教育发
展概况的基础上，探讨了职业院校服务老年教育的价值意蕴，总结分析了
重庆市职业院校服务老年教育的实践活动，提出了深化重庆市职业院校
服务老年教育的工作建议，力图从社会学视角探讨总结近 ５ 年来在重庆市
教育委员会指导下，重庆市教育科学研究院统筹全市职业院校开展老年
教育工作的思考和探索。
