　　本書為第一屆「時報文學百萬小說獎」評審團推薦獎的得獎作品，作者蘇偉貞為知名作家。

　　本書特色：以同姓名但不同人物、且毫無相關之兩位主角，作為情節鋪陳及其創意形式。不管已婚或未婚，「性」是主角人物的主要部份，形成自身存在及生活的目標。刻意藉此強調心靈的墮落和身體的主控情勢。
台南縣永康人，為知名作家。從政治作戰學校影劇系畢業後，擔任中華民國國軍的中央電台、國防部藝工總隊等軍職。退役後，則轉任報業主編。後於2006年7月取得香港大學哲學博士學位，現為國立成功大學中國文學系專任副教授。
