The spread of COVID-19 has taken the world by surprise, and unlike most health crises of the recent decades, impacted the routine lives of all humans in all walks of life. Governments and national task forces continue to work with public health experts to contain the spread of the virus on a national level, through implementation of screening, quarantine, and community-based laws and protocols—despite the grave forecasted consequences on the economy.
