安達充

日本漫畫家，1951年2月9日生於日本群島縣伊勢崎市。上高一時開始給雜誌投稿受到好評。高中畢業後來到東京，成爲石井勇巳的助手，而後發表了《消失的爆炸聲》（原作：北澤力）初露鋒芒。在其後的8年裡，他先後爲别人創作腳本，繪製了《小男孩》、《牙戰》、《初戀甲子園》、《愛哭的甲子園》等作品。1978年開始首次連載自己創作的《九個人》，緊接着長篇連載故事《陽光良好》、《美雪•美雪》和《TOUCH鄰家美眉》（成名作），並立即在少年讀者中引起轟動。其作品力求清新洗鍊，筆下的人物純真質樸，感情隨心而動，深受讀者喜愛。《美雪•美雪》和《TOUCH鄰家美眉》還榮獲了1982年第28回小學館漫畫獎。
