《療癒故事》系列是作者在美國 Camphill School 工作與學習的真實故事。此系列共兩本，《療癒故事 - 不會放手的孩子》和《療癒故事 - Let it go / 放開手》。

此本《療癒故事 - Let it go / 放開手》，作者花了幾個月時間，專門爲貝拉寫的療癒故事中文版與原文。
作者極力推薦讀者優先讀『英文版本』，因為是初始版，英文用字的選擇以及呈現的畫面都是初心。再者，在大多數情況下，英文版本的文字是押韻的，讀起來更能沉浸其中，領會作者的感受。
至於中文翻譯版本，作者也親力親為翻譯，只為求能完整詮釋初心，但仍因語言差異導致精準度略有差異，部分內容直接改編以利閱讀。
