題，以10 年為週期，盤點政策優先順序，同時參考聯合國「2030 年永續發展目標（SustainableDevelopmentGoals, SDGS）」訂定執行策略及目標，訂定執行策略及目標，逐步朝向「棲地保護、生態平衡，資源合理利用、漁業永續，漁業人力健全、漁村經濟活絡，產業蓬發、漁民生活改善」的願景邁進。
