陳慕純，1949年生於台灣雲林。國立台灣大學醫學院醫科畢業，曾任台大醫院內科醫師，現執業中。醫學著作：《內科學精華大全》、《內科學講座》、《基礎醫學總整理》。生態學著作：《生態學的啟示》、《合作經濟與社群》。其他著作：《人道的探索》、《烏托邦之旅》。
